1.What products do you supply?

We mainly supply CCTV accessories which are used in video surveillance application. We also supply related network products and other electronic equipment.

2.Do you have a MOQ for your products?

For most of our products, there is no MOQ. We welcome sample orders for our customer to test the products.

3.Do you offer OEM or ODM services?

Yes, we provide OEM and ODM services. We can re-design and produce the product according to your specifications. Product logo, labels and packaging can also be customized in accordance with your needs.

4.How can I know if the goods is ready for shipment?

When the production is finished, we will notify our customers immediately, and take the pictures of the products and packages for you to check. A packing list of the order will also be sent to you for reference.

5.Can you ship the goods to my forwarders' address in China?

Yes, we can arrange the shipment to your forwarders’ address in China.

6.Can I order multiple kinds of products in one order?

Yes, you can order different products in one order. The wide range of products is one of the things we are proud of, and we are happy to know that our customer can always find what they are looking for on our catalog.

7.How do you ship the goods to customers?

We arrange the shipping according to customers’ needs, by air, by truck, by sea, or by international air courier like DHL, FedEx or UPS.

8.How can I make the payment for my order?

Most of our customers make the payment by telegraphic transfer / telex transfer (T/T). The payment can also be made via credit card or PayPal.

9.Do you have any certificate for your product?

Yes, we have CE and RoHS certificate for our product. Our product conforms to the standards required by CE and RoHS

10.What’s your after-sales service for your products?

We have 1 or 2 years warranty for different products. After you receive the order, if the product is not working properly, you can take the pictures or shoot a video, and notify us of the problem. Our technicians will help you with professional instructions to ensure the product is working well. If a rare situation occurs where the product is defective in quality, you can notify us with the picture or video of the defect and we will arrange to send new products to replace them.
